Kryeministri i Kosovës, Albin Kurti i ka dërguar mesazh Bashkimit Evropian nëpërmjet këshilltarit të tij, Jeton Zulfaj për tre kushtet që i caktoi sot.
Sipas Zulfaj, këto kërkesa do duhej të ishin të BE’së ndaj Serbisë.
Kështu u shpreh Zulfaj në një cicërimë në X, duke përmendur kështu edhe tri kushtet e Kurtit.
Kushtet e Kurtit ishin nënshkrimi i marrëveshjes bazike, tërheqja e letrës së ish-kryeministres serbe, Ana Bërnabiq dhe dorëzimi i kriminelit Milan Radojqiq autoriteteve të Kosovës.

Ten days later, a paramilitary group sponsored and trained by Serbia committed a terrorist attack in Banjskë, killing a Kosova Police sergeant and provoking a major regional escalation. Nine months later, the terrorist group and its leader, Radoicic, remain free and protected by Serbia. In December last year, former Serbian PM Ana Bernabic submitted a letter to the EEAS, stating that for Serbia, the Basic Agreement is neither acceptable in its entirety nor legally binding. Today PM Kurti stated that to restore good faith in the process of implementing the agreement, three things are needed: 1. Signing of the Basic Agreement. 2. Withdrawing Serbia’s letter of reservation to the EEAS, and 3. Handing over the leader of the terrorist and paramilitary group and its members who attacked Kosova .
